Please join us this September on a beautiful bicycle ride supporting the Brown Oncology Research Group (BrUOG). BrUOG’s main mission is to improve cancer care through the implementation of innovative, multidisciplinary cancer clinical trials.
As an oncologist who rides his bike to work everyday, creating this event seemed a natural fit. I get to combine riding bikes and supporting the research that benefits my patients. There are three route options, a shorter 15 mile loop, a more challenging 30 mile loop and the bonus 50 miles gravel grinder. All loops start and finish at the wonderful Salisbury Farm in Johnston.
Registration is free, but to make this event a success, please consider a minimum $50 donation to BrUOG. Please include if the donation is for your ride or to support another rider by labeling it a tribute gift under the gift designations option. A tax deductible donation directly to BruOG can be made here: http://brown.edu/go/BrUOGTourdeRhody
